You have to register an account to upload your video.
Video files may be screened before release. When we decide NOT to release your uploaded video, if you paid for it, you will receive a refund from Paypal.

We will honor any takedown notice received if a copyright holder submits valid evidence. When you upload a video, it is your responsibility to have proper clearances and copyright authority. You agree to assume all liability for copyright infringement, when your upload file is completed even if it is not released to the public..

Electronic payment disputes are resolved with PayPal's administration policy.
No other payments for using this service are accepted unless you use PayPal, unless a purchase order or service contract is established and agreed upon in advance of services provided.
